5bd Terms & Conditions

2.1 Eligibility Requirements

To register and use the 5bd Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis for as long as you hold an account:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are a natural person and not registering on behalf of a legal entity.
• You are not a current or former employee, director, officer, or agent of 5bd or any of its affiliate companies.
• You are not located in a jurisdiction where accessing online gaming platforms is prohibited by applicable law.
• You are not registered under a self-exclusion programme at 5bd or any other gambling platform at the time of registration.

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered account on the 5bd Platform. If 5bd identifies that a user has opened more than one account — whether using different mobile numbers, names, payment methods, or other identifying information — 5bd reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, void any pending bets, and confiscate any balances held in those accounts, including any bonuses accrued. Opening multiple accounts for the purpose of claiming the same bonus more than once constitutes fraud and may result in permanent account suspension.

3.2 Account Accuracy

You are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering your 5bd account and to update that information promptly if it changes. 5bd may request documentary verification of any information provided at any time, including proof of identity, proof of age, and proof of the payment method used for deposits. Failure to provide satisfactory verification within the timeframe specified by 5bd may result in suspension of your account and withholding of withdrawal requests until verification is complete.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 5bd account credentials, including your registered mobile number and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. 5bd will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact 5bd support immediately at [email protected].

4.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. There is no maximum deposit amount, although 5bd reserves the right to set deposit limits at its discretion, particularly for accounts that have not yet completed identity verification. All deposited funds must be used for gaming on the 5bd Platform. Deposited funds that remain unused for an extended period may be subject to inactivity terms as set out in 5bd's operational policies.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed by 5bd within one business day of submission, subject to any verification requirements. Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever technically possible. 5bd reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal, including for withdrawals above ৳10,000. Withdrawals of funds that were derived from bonuses are subject to the applicable wagering requirements being met in full before withdrawal is permitted.

4.3 Currency and Exchange

All balances on 5bd are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). 5bd does not facilitate multi-currency accounts. If you attempt to deposit using a payment method denominated in a foreign currency, your payment provider's exchange rate will apply and any exchange fees will be borne by you. 5bd is not responsible for any losses arising from currency exchange rate fluctuations.

5.1 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise specified in the individual offer terms, all bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be converted to real-money funds eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering requirement (rollover) will be stated clearly in the promotional offer. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period specified for each offer. Failure to complete wagering requirements within the stated period will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being forfeited.

5.2 Bonus Abuse

5bd actively monitors accounts for patterns of bonus abuse, which includes but is not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus; placing low-risk hedging bets designed to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk; and withdrawing bonus funds before wagering requirements are met. Where bonus abuse is identified, 5bd reserves the right to void all bonuses in the affected account, reclaim any winnings derived from bonuses obtained through abuse, and suspend or permanently close the account.

6.1 Deposit and Session Limits

Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their 5bd account at any time. Once set, deposit limits take effect immediately and may not be increased for a cooling-off period of 24 hours. Decreases to deposit limits take effect immediately. Players may also set session time limits that will prompt them when a pre-set play duration has been reached. 5bd encourages all players to make use of these tools as a proactive measure in managing their gaming activity.

6.2 Self-Exclusion

Any player who feels that their gambling is becoming problematic may request a self-exclusion from the 5bd Platform. Self-exclusion requests should be submitted to [email protected]. Self-exclusion periods are available for defined periods (30 days, 90 days, 6 months, or 12 months) or on a permanent basis. During a self-exclusion period, the player's account will be suspended and they will be unable to log in, deposit, or place bets. 5bd will use reasonable efforts to enforce the self-exclusion, but players are also encouraged to seek assistance from independent problem gambling support services.

Prohibited Actions

• Using the Platform whilst under the age of 21 or registering using false age information.
• Using automated software, bots, artificial intelligence tools or other automated means to interact with games or the Platform.
• Colluding with other players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage over the house or other players.
• Using funds derived from illegal activities to make deposits on the Platform (money laundering).
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches or errors in games to obtain a financial advantage that would not otherwise be available under normal gameplay conditions.
