Time-Out and Session Controls

What Happens During Self-Exclusion
During a self-exclusion period your 5bd account will be suspended, you will be unable to log in or access any gaming features, your personal information will be retained as required by law, any pending withdrawals of legitimate winnings prior to exclusion will be processed, and 5bd will make reasonable efforts to ensure that you do not receive any promotional communications. At the end of your self-exclusion period, your account will not be re-activated automatically — you must contact support to request re-activation, and a further reflection period will apply.
